THE PROBLEM.
UGC creators were scrolling Reddit, X and Facebook groups every day looking for brand deals. The job board needed a steady flow of fresh, clean listings without anyone copying and pasting them.
WHAT WE BUILT.
- Phase 1: an n8n workflow scraping Reddit, X and Facebook groups into Notion
- 5 custom Apify Actors for login protected platforms, with persistent sessions and residential proxies
- An n8n webhook that receives each run and skips jobs already published
- HTML cleanup and standardised budgets for every listing
- Automatic publishing to Webflow CMS
- A unique Apply link on every job so the owner can track clicks
- Built inside the client's own accounts with full code ownership
